Group or Individual Insurance: We attempt to take out as much of the "insurance hassle" as possible for you. We will give you everything necessary for you to send to your insurance company. We have found that this process not only gets you directly paid by your insurance company faster but also allows up to keep our fee's much lower than the average office. This process is very easy for you and eliminates a random statement coming to you months after treatment saying you owe this or that. You will know all of your cost up front with no hidden fees. If you have any questions at all regarding your financial responsibilities at our office, please do not hesitate to ask. Our staff has years of experience and will be happy to assist you.
Patients Without Insurance: Many of our patients do not have insurance, or have plans with limited coverage, or catastrophic policies. Our fees and payment options are set up for those who do not have insurance and are very affordable for our families. Our mission is to improve the health of our community and give complete care without undue financial difficulty. We are always happy to accept cash, personal check, MasterCard or Visa cards.

Personal Injury or Automobile Accidents: Please notify your auto insurance carrier of your visit to our office immediately. Notify us as well and whether an attorney is representing you. Although you are ultimately responsible for your bill, our staff and Dr. Cynowa have years of experience with this stressful process and will help guide you through it. Once the claim is settled or if you suspend or terminate care, any fees for services are due immediately.
Medicare: We do accept assignment from Medicare. The check is usually sent directly to our office in payment of the services that Medicare will cover, which for Chiropractors is ONLY manual manipulation of the spine. Medicare pays 80% of the allowable fee once the deductible has been met. You are required to pay the deductible and the remaining 20% as well as any non-covered services which we will consult you about before hand. Our office completes and files the forms for Medicare at no charge.
